What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
The number one priority at the Medical Affairs Strategic Summit (MASS West) is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the venue to provide a safe and secure environment.
MASS will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move closer to the event, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
To ensure maximum safety, Questex requires all attendees and staff to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test on-site during registration check-in. Individuals may provide digital or printed documentation from a testing provider. If you cannot participate because of this policy, or due to travel restrictions, we encourage you to contact us here.
What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
How do I show proof of vaccination?
All attendees and staff to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test on-site during registration check-in. Individuals may provide digital or printed documentation from a testing provider.
What if I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?
We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.
